who we are
klerigi (kle-ree-gee) Foundation is a faith-based international nonprofit 501(c)(3) helping children and youth, in developing countries, who are suffering from various types of diseases by ensuring accessibility to healthcare, in addition to covering the costs of medicines while providing spiritual and emotional support.
what we do
Nearly 9 million children under the age of five die every year. Around 30% of these early child deaths are due to conditions that could cannot prevented or treated with access to simple, affordable interventions.
Children and adolescents with diseases in low- and middle-income countries are 4 times more likely to die of the disease than children in high-income countries. We partner with local organizations in Venezuela, Peru and Chile to guarantee the supported families have access to doctors, hospitals, and medicines needed for their daily life as well as spiritual and emotional sustenance.
